Rise is comprised of people passionate about birth rights for women, creating more options to a region that only sees hospital based birth, and leading the way for showcasing how women-centered midwifery care achieves the best outcomes for families. It’s a progressive environment!
Rise is on target to start their operations in 2021. Being part of the Rise team means you are part of a movement. With that comes a need to educate the community, and shape how this model of care is given. It is an exciting time to be part of something impactful. As the first birth center, and only facility offering midwifery-led continuous care, there will be struggles and triumphs to overcome and achieve together.
Rise is building a supportive and caring work environment and will look after your needs so you can look after the community. Offering generous salaries, and a healthy life-work balance, you will not find a better place to be or a more caring work family to join.
If you are up for the challenge of proving the midwifery model of care while the region watches, we want to hear from you!
